脱硫脱硝喷枪设计特点：

喷头与喷杆连接方式有直线型、45°、90°三种类型，枪体本身含有安装用的对接不锈钢法兰和气压、水压读数压力表；螺纹型接口有1/2’，3/4’，1’，1-1/4’，1-1/2’。

1.雾化颗粒非常均匀、细小，确保不湿底，100%蒸发。

2.该系列喷枪有宽泛的流量调节范围，在较低的气压时，电厂专用脱硝喷枪，也可以实现微细的雾化效果，而且在流量变化时，其雾化效果基本保持不变。

3.雾化面积覆盖范围大，南京脱硝喷枪，其大锥面直径为4米，能与烟气充分接触，快速达到降温效果。

4.该喷枪采用抗堵塞设计，标准6.3毫米的多喷孔构造，有效提高水中杂质颗粒的通过性能，对于使用工业水或河水的客户可减少水的预处理工序。

5.在同类喷枪中，该型喷枪的空气消耗量比较低，节能降耗明显。

喷枪材料:选用316SS、316L、310SS或钛合金，耐磨、耐腐蚀，以适应不同的工况要求。

SNCR脱硝喷枪双流体喷枪的一般应用：

喷枪采用快速接头连接方式，临沂脱硝喷枪，拆卸方便；

采用保护碳化硅，具有耐高温，脱硝喷枪，耐磨损等特点，无需另设冷却装置就可确保喷枪长期安全运行；

喷枪体积小，套管外径只有36mm，锅炉脱硝喷枪，可直接安装于炉壁上。

喷枪采用保护套管及活动法兰连接。可手动将伸进或者退出炉内；

采用金属保护套管设有风冷接口，确保高温环境下长期使用；
